To authenticate, enter

Your NCSFA ID# or the last 4 of your SSN,
Your department (pay attention to and select from the offered auto-completions),
Your last name
Your date of birth.

Click the "Authenticate" button. If the authentication is successful, you'll see a new buttons to add to your digital wallet - one for Android and one for iPhone. The third button allows you to print the card.

You can get your ID number from previous membership cards, or from your chief.

For Android cellphones, the authentication and wallet addition can be done in the Chrome browser on a PC or Mac, as long as that browser is logged in with your Google account.
For iPhones, the authentication and wallet addition can be done on a Mac or an iPad signed in with the IOS account.
